NouriWell Plans provides personalized 30-day meal plans and related digital health content via the website. The service is available for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive right to access and use the website and its content, provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, or sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the website.

We offer access to digital content which may be purchased directly on the website. All applicable fees will be displayed before you authorize any payment.

Auto-Renewal: Where a subscription product is offered, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal rate will be no more than the rate for the immediately prior subscription period, excluding any promotional or discount pricing.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support at support@plans.nouriwell.com. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. As a general rule, purchases are final unless applicable law requires otherwise. UK and EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including software, designs, graphics, photos, videos, text, recipes, and other materials, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in any of our intellectual property.
